    About our trainer

    Grace is a well-rounded Equestrian whose love for horses started at a young age. She already is well versed at backing, retraining, and adding quality mileage including showing to mounts of all sizes.  

    Grace can help you reach your personal goals, whether it's improving your performance in the show ring or enjoying riding for pleasure. 

    Training sessions $35.00

    Dedicated one-on-one time that Grace will spend with your horse, focusing on any training needs. Whether you're working with a young pony or an experienced competitor, anything is possible!

    Riding lessons $50.00

     

    Learn from an experienced rider! Enjoy at least 45 minutes of discovering new techniques and skills. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, there's always something new to learn!

First off, pulling into the impressive expanse of Equivine was serene and beautiful. I love that horses are allowed to be horses-turned out in herds. Sirgonzo, now known as Sunny, was waiting for me in the barn with Grace. We tried him in the grass outdoor ring, he was calm, game and absolutely better than advertised. I am blown away with Grace and how much training she put into Sunny. He is so brave and confident. His ground manners are impeccable, as a four-year-old, he stands calmly on the crossties, loads on the trailer, lunges and has handled everything on the ground like a seasoned professional. I am so impressed with all of the training and exposure that Grace had done with Sunny, from taking him to various horse shows, events and even the beach, to riding bareback and other fun experiences. I have the utmost confidence and trust in this horse. Within the first few days of having Sunny, I rode him at two different barns, in several different rings-indoors and out- hacked solo around my expansive barn property and he hasn’t battled an eye. As much as this is a testament to a great brain and great breeding, it is also a testament to Grace’s careful exposure and training of Sunny. 

    Something that is very important to me is knowing the past of the horses I purchase. I love the Sunny was bred at Equivine and returned for retraining when his race career did not come to fruition. It was easy to see how loved Sunny was by everyone at Equivine, and how much they care about each of their horses. I was so pleased to meet his Dam, BeatyKaty, who looked amazing living with the other broad mares. Grace also shared many photos and videos of her time training Sunny and his time racing. Additionally, Grace checks in on us- which I appreciate, and I feel confident in reaching out to her with any questions I may have. I am looking forward to a long partnership with Sunny- none of which would be possible without a such a strong foundation provided by Grace and great breeding by Equivine."
